- Weird flex, but okay.

Some folk have to push the limits and test the rules just to see if they can get away with it. This gentleman from Raywood, Texas is one of those folk. The pet supply store PetCo has a policy that states “all leashed animals welcome”. One Vincent Browning decided to put that policy to the test by bringing in his leashed show bull, Oliver the African Watusi.
The PetCo employees were not taken off guard, welcoming Oliver “with open arms”, according to Browning himself. Browning owns Oliver with his (Browning’s) fiance Shelly Lumpkin.
Browning went on to say “The staff members here are always super friendly and courteous to us. We really enjoy coming to this location…our favorite Petco BY FAR!!”
Oliver is trained for rodeos but is available for parties, according to his own Facebook page. African Watusi’s can reach up to 1,600lbs. Oliver is said to be sweet, friendly, and clearly used to being around people. But that doesn’t mean bringing livestock into a public retail store was necessarily the brightest idea. Oliver’s massive horns appear to be easily twice to three times as wide as Browning’s torso each, judging by the Facebook videos and photos.
Oliver surprisingly has a following on social media, with 39,316 likes on his Facebook page and hundreds of likes per posts depending on the post.
Oliver has been to two shows this month, so far. The 20th Anniversary Heritage Day Experience in Humble, TX, as well as the 8th Annual Hip Hop Cowboys Spring Rodeo featuring live performing artists YoungBloodZ and Blues artist Latimore in Mesquite, TX. A third show set this weekend, March 22-23, in Liberty, TX, boasts getting a souvenir picture taking sitting on Oliver.
However, there’s no word yet on if Oliver will be visiting any local PetCos while he’s out.
