Don’t Poop Outside, Get Caught On Camera, and Then Sue The police For Taking Your Mugshot

Well, poop. Do you remember the New Jersey Superintendent that was pooping on school property earlier this year? Well, he’s back, and he’s got nothing to say.

After being arrested back in May, Thomas Tramaglini has resigned from his position as superintendent for the Kenilworth School District. This news came out Thursday night.

An email sent out to the staffers states that Tramaglini resigned due to “events unrelated to his service for Kenilworth.” The email continued saying: “[It] has become clear to both Dr. Tramaglini and the Kenilworth Board of Education that his continued service as Superintendent of Schools has become too much of a distraction to the main mission of the district.”

Tramaglini was arrested back in May after he was caught defecating near the school track, and this wasn’t the first time. The cameras revealed that he had done this on several occasions and as many as eight times before being caught.

The accusations reached the national level, and he was even dubbed the “Pooperintendant.” Yike, not what you want to be known for.

Tramaglini’s attorney states that the accusations are “falsehoods” and that his “client looks forward to his day in court.”

He’s going to file a lawsuit against the Holmdel police on Friday because of the mugshot they took after his arrest. He says that the charges against him, public defecation, lewdness, and littering, are all low-level municipal offenses and that shouldn’t have warranted a booking photo.

His attorney Matthew Adams claims, “It’s like getting photographed and fingerprinted for a speeding ticket. Court documents agree and say that the mugshot was unlawfully taken, distributed, and disseminated to third parties, including the media.

But isn’t that how it is these days? I mean, if you don’t want your face shared on all of media, don’t poop near a school field?!? Just saying. This is definitely odd news.
