From sundown on October 31st to sunup on November 1st is the Gaelic holiday of Samhain. Traditionally revelers would hold meetings, feast, drink and participate in contests. Depending on your Halloween celebration, maybe celebrate Samhain on November 1st with a Full Irish breakfast, which traditionally includes bacon and sausage, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, grilled tomato, toast, potatoes, and is a guaranteed hangover cure.
