Technically, the World Confectioners Association allows for four Chocolate Holidays every year. Nationally, Chocolate Day takes place on October 28th, and there’s no wrong way to celebrate (except by not celebrating). The International Chocolate Day takes place a month earlier on September 13th, to coincide with the birth of the greatest chocolatier of them all, Milton S. Hershey.
