“Lock-In” Wellness

Lock-in wellness is about progress, not perfection, pacing yourself so you don’t burnout, and concentrating on easy goals. When it comes to progress and not perfection, it’s about things like adding in an additional serving of fruits and vegetables to your day. There is truly nothing more important than avoiding burnout with easy things like it doesn’t have to be all or nothing, across the board. Try to eat better one meal a day, go to the gym one more time a week or add in stretching (as almost no one does enough stretching!)
