These ways to be extra kind are pretty easy, plus they will make others feel great and you will, too. Which one of these things will you do for someone today?

  • Make someone laugh with a joke
  • Call a friend that means a lot to you and tell them that
  • Send someone something they love whether it’s cat pics or the newest gluten-free recipe you tried that they would like
  • Send a letter to someone in your family, like a grandparent or aunt or uncle
  • Pick some flowers and give them to a stranger. This is extra kind and will be so appreciated.
