Jello is not vegetarian

(Reader Contribution to 10 Disgusting Common Ingredients In Cosmetics)


The gelatin in Jello is derived from collagen from leftover animal parts including skin and hooves from pigs, cows and horses.
Of course, if you use chemicals it is not considered "organic," but if you use natural products (from any organism), now it's disgusting? You can't win!
