Fingal's Cave

(Reader Contribution to 10 Geological Wonders you didn’t know)

As a young boy I remember visiting the island of Staff (Fingal's Cave) accompanying the visit was the story of Fingal the great Irish giant, Who in brief got angry and picked up a huge lump of land from Ireland and threw it into the distance, From where he picked this lump of land he created the Giants Causeway in Ireland and Fingles cave in Scotland.

There are many other storys about the The Giants Causeway And The Legend Of Finn McCool amd the Island of Staffa
