Dumb Crook or Stupid Judge ?

(Reader Contribution to 12 Most Ridiculous Lawsuits)

A man sliped through a garage door as it was closing when the couple were leaving for a long weekend.
The would be crook was to dumb to get into the house which was locked, and to dumb to get out of the garage which was by then locked, sued the homeowner on grounds of mental dirress because he had nothing but dog food to eat for 3 days, locked inside thier garrage...HE WON !?!
