Monkey Gland Sauce

When I was in South Africa some years ago, I saw that I could have monkeygland sauce on my burger. I found it a bit disturbing, but I tried it anyway. It was quite nice, and it has nothing to do with monkeys, or glands. It is a chutneyish mixture of fruit and spices.
