Bat Bombs

I know the United States tested the Bat Bombs in the South West. They constructed a Japanese town and dropped 1000 bats in. It burned the entire town to the ground. The main obstacle with getting it approved was the fact that there was no real way to target anything. The most likely outcome of a strike using the bats would be more civilian casualties than military, thus no-go.
