Genital bisection.
(Reader Contribution to 8 Most Bizarre Body Modifications)
All kinds of strange modifications, and those that involve the penis scare me a lot. This one is weirdest however. I cannnot imagine how someone would like to cut their penis in halve lengthwise. See a shrink instead.
