Castle of Air - Cincinnati

(Reader Contribution to 10 of The Coolest Mirrored Art Installations)

“Castle of Air” pavilion at Cincinnati Parks' Theodore M. Berry International Friendship Park was designed by architect Peter Haimerl. It was given to the City of Cincinnati by the City of Munich. It's a 20-foot
tall park pavilion made of highly polished stainless steel. The reflective surface
mirrors the sky and its park surroundings onto the building, making the structure seem to
disappear, hence the title “Castle of Air.”
