(Reader Contribution to 10 Weirdest Medical Syndromes)
A fun disorder that is mostly considered delusional parasitosis by most doctors, the person is plagued by itching, sores on the skin which seem to protrude "fibers" that don't seem to match clothing or bedding, as well as systemic symptoms like chronic fatigue and brain fog. The itching is said to feel like insects under the skin, but generally nothing can be found.
