Men and women have erectile tissue in two locations; one is the well-known penis and clitoris and the other area is the turbinate area of the nose. This accounts for the stuffy noses occurring during arousal activities which some folks notice and the nose-clearing sneezes after orgasm. Source of this information is my 1950 edition of Arthur Ham's Histology textbook.
